If you have forgotten your ESCP account password or would like to change it, you can reset it here.

Please use your personal email address (the email address you used when registering with ESCP, not the ESCP email address you received after admission) to retrieve or reset your password.

Password synchronization may take up to one hour.

⚠️ For security reasons, never send your password by email or share it with anyone.

If you can successfully log in with your ESCP credentials but CampusLife displays the following message: "You have successfully logged into your school portal, but we are currently unable to locate your profile in CampusLife", there may be several possible reasons.

1. Are you a new student? Please wait a few days for your student profile to be synchronized with CampusLife.
2. Were you previously able to access CampusLife but can no longer log in? This may be due to one of the following reasons:
   • Outstanding tuition fees. Please contact tuitionfees@escp.eu to regularize your financial situation.Outstanding CVEC payment. The CVEC is a compulsory contribution for students enrolled at the Paris Campus. Please contact cvec@escp.eu to regularize your situation.
   • Outstanding CVEC payment. The CVEC is a compulsory contribution for students enrolled at the Paris Campus. Please contact cvec@escp.eu to regularize your situation.
   • Incomplete visa or residence permit procedures. Please contact the Student Experience team at your campus.
   • Unreturned school or library materials. If you have borrowed materials from ESCP, such as library books, and have not returned them within the required timeframe, please contact the relevant Student Experience or library team of your campus.
3. Are you a former student? After graduation, your CampusLife account is disabled. If you need further information, please contact the Programme Office of the last programme you attended.

If none of the situations above applies to you, please contact the CampusLife Support team at acampuslife@escp.eu.

Please include:

• the programme you are enrolled in;
• your student ID;
• a screenshot of the rror message, if available.

If you are a non-European student entering one of the ESCP countries or if you are going to London you might need a visa. This procedure can take up to three months, so we recommend to start early.

You can find your general calendar on CampusLife in the My Studies section of the menu by clicking here. You will receive the exact schedule as classes approach.

For your first day of school, check the events on CampusLife here, you can sort by Campus under "event tags".

This procedure is managed centrally for all students, regardless of the Campus or year, you must complete it by August 31st on WebAurion here. This process will be open at the start of June for the academic year 26/27.

At any time, you can follow the progress of your online administrative registration in the section Follow-up and progress report. Once finalized, you will have access to your academic contract after validation by the ESCP administration.
