FAQ

  • Which certificate should I use for my visa application?

We strongly recommend you to always use the certificate of enrolment in Italian issued by the Student Experience team. This is tailored for the visa application and has all the necessary requirements.

  • Do I need the Declaration of value?

No, ESCP Business School does not need the DOV, nor any similar document. This is specified in your certificate of enrolment issued by the Turin Campus.

  • Do I need to follow the pre-enrolment procedure on Universitaly?

No, ESCP Business School is not on Universitaly. Once you have confirmed your registration, you are officially enrolled.

  • My Consulate does not have any appointments available, what should I do?

Send an email to the Consulate from your ESCP address explaining your situation and put studentexperience.it@escp.eu in cc. We will follow up shortly reinforcing your request

  • I am coming to Turin for B2 or B3, can I get my certificate of enrolment?

Usually certificates of enrolment for B2 are issued only after the final Bachelor board which happens at the end of June and confirms the track for the second year. We are aware that it is too late for students who need to apply for a visa, therefore we always try to anticipate when possible.
