Are you ready for your new year at ESCP? Whether you're a newcomer or a returning student, we have prepared a short guide to help you with some frequently asked questions.

  • VISA

    If you are a non-European student entering one of the ESCP countries or if you are going to London you might need a visa. This procedure can take up to three months, so we recommend to start early.

    In case you have any issues with your visa request you can contact the Student Affairs or Visa team, you will find the address in the contacts section.

  • CALENDARS AND FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

    You can find your general calendar on CampusLife in the section My Studies by clicking here. You will receive the exact schedule as classes approach.

    For your first day of school, check the events on CampusLife here, you can sort by Campus under "event tags".

    The office in charge for calendars and classes is the Programme Office, you can contact them for any questions.

  • HOUSING

    Whether you wish to secure a room in a student residence or you prefer to share an apartment with other students, we’ve got you covered! Explore all our suggestions for housing:

  • REGISTRATION FILE

    This procedure is managed centrally for all students, regardless of the Campus or year, you must complete it by August 31st on WebAurion here.

    At any time, you can follow the progress of your online administrative registration in the section Follow-up and progress report. Once finalized, you will have access to your academic contract after validation by the ESCP administration.

  • INSURANCES

    All ESCP students must be covered by health and personal insurance, regardless of their nationality and Campus.
