What it is?
The CROUS (Centre Régional des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires) is a major actor of student life in France. It is a public service that is organized by region.
Paris has its own Crous: 39 avenue Georges Bernanos, 75005 Paris, + 33 1 40 51 62 00
Its mission is to foster and improve student life conditions in Paris. In that perspective, the Crous offers various types of scholarships to students, among which need-based scholarships.

Please Note: French public institutes and the Erasmus+ programme also offer a large number of scholarships for foreign students to help them finance their studies in France and Europe.

Finally, the Crous will send you a "notification définitive"* and start transfering your monthly grant.
*Please note that these documents must be issued by the Paris academy. If not, we won't be able to validate it and you may not receive your scholarship.
