Finding Accommodation at ESCP

At ESCP, international mobility is at the heart of the student experience

With the opportunity to study across multiple campuses, many students relocate at least once a year—if not every semester. Finding suitable accommodation in a new city can be a challenge, but we are here to make the process easier. While the School does not provide housing directly, we offer a range of resources to support you in securing a place to stay across our five campuses. Whether you are looking for a student residence, a private rental, or a shared apartment, our network of housing options, platforms, and student-driven initiatives will help you find the right solution.

  • ESCP Housing Marketplace

Our internal platform connects students leaving their rooms with those arriving at a new campus. You will be able to sort rooms by city, price, and distance from the campus, thanks to an integrated Google Maps plugin.

Additionally, ESCP staff list apartments from a growing network of private landlords who rent exclusively to ESCP students, based on recommendations from previous ESCP tenants.

Access to the marketplace is granted upon completion of your admission.

  • Partner Housing Platforms

We collaborate with leading international housing platforms such as StudApart, SpotAHome, and HousingAnywhere, offering exclusive links and special discounts to help you secure accommodation more easily.

Upon completion of your admission, you will be invited to join our housing webinars, where representatives from these platforms will explain their booking process and answer any questions you may have.

  • Student Residences

ESCP has partnerships with local student residences, reserving a limited number of rooms each year for ESCP students. Availability varies by campus, so we encourage early inquiries. After completing your admission, you will receive full access to the list of residences, including prices, distance from the campus and contact details.

  • Trusted Real Estate Agencies

For those seeking private rentals, we provide a list of recommended local real estate agencies that have been vetted for their reliability and experience in helping students find housing.

  • Student Forum & Roommate Matching

The CampusLife Forum allows you to exchange housing tips, share rental opportunities, and connect with fellow students looking for roommates in your new city. You will have access to this feature of the platform after completing your admission.
