Turin Campus gym

Stay active and boost your wellbeing! The campus gym is free for all ESCP students and offers a space to train, unwind, and stay healthy throughout the academic year.

  • Location and opening hours

    The Turin Campus Gym is located on -1 floor.

    It will be open from September 1st and until April 10th following this schedule:

    • Mondays & Fridays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

    Each time slot has a duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Please note that the gym may be closed on public holidays or for maintenance; advance notice will be provided.

  • How to access?

    Only registered students with a valid student card and a valid medical certificate are allowed to register and use the gym facilities.

    How to access the gym:

    1. Obtain a valid medical certificate (issued in Italy and valid for the entire period of your stay in Italy). You can obtain yours from one of our partner clinics. See recommended ones here.
    2. Read carefully and sing the terms of use of the gym.
    3. Upload your documents here.
    4. The ESCP staff will check your certificate and unlock your status on CampusLife
    5. Once your status will be unlocked, you can book your time slot in the gym. Register here.

    ⚠️Important information:

    • Access is not permitted without a valid medical certificate issued in Italy and valid for the entire period of your stay in Turin.
    • A dedicated gym staff will verify your registration before each access.
    • If you fail to show up at the gym at your booked time twice in a row, your access to the booking system will be suspended.
  • Available services

    A personal trainer will always be available free of charge for students during the gym’s opening hours.

    Moreover, on -1F you will have access to:

    • Changing rooms
    • Lockers
    • Showers

    Please note that the school is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    Access to the changing rooms is allowed until 8PM.

  • Meet our coaches

     

    Nunzio Migliorino

    Specialized in Adapted Physical Activity, worked for the past four years in the world of fitness and personal training. "My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself by creating personalized training programs tailored to your needs: increasing strength, building muscle, losing weight, improving definition, recovering from an injury, and feeling better both with yourself and for yourself."

    Available on campus each Tuesday and Thursday.

     

    Alessandro Ricci

    A Master’s Degree in Sports Science. For over two years, he is been working as a weight room instructor at CUS Torino. In addition to designing training programs to create structured workout plans upon request. Over one thousand hours of internship in various primary and secondary schools during Physical Education classes, with a particular focus on volleyball, recreational activities, and training circuits. Certified FIPAV SMART COACH for Minivolley, Volley S3, and Under-12 coaching.

    Certified Personal Trainer focused on helping people get stronger and more confident.I create personalized training programs designed around your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level.
