All activities are designed to be easy to join, beginner-friendly, and stress-free. Drop in when you can, try something new, or just come hang out and recharge. Whether you stay for 10 minutes or the whole session, Wellbeing Week is about doing what feels good for you.
Agenda
Upcoming Events
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Exams, deadlines, packed schedules... stress can make it hard to eat well. As part of Wellbeing Week, join us for an interactive nutrition session with Ana Lucía Kuoman, nutritionist specialised in sports nutrition (@sanalu_nutricion on Instagram).
During this session, you’ll get practical tips and tricks on how to better manage your food intake during stressful periods: what foods to prioritise, what to avoid, and how to fuel your body and brain to stay focused, energised, and effective.
Free event with food & drinks! (bagels hehe)
⏱️ Monday 9 February | 12pm–1pm
📍 ESCP Madrid Campus, María de Molína | Agora room (ping pong)
⚠️ Limited spots (40) — don’t miss it!
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Your Core Does More Than You Think
Pilates isn’t just about abs. It’s about posture, breathing, concentration, and moving in a way that supports how you sit, study, and get through long days at uni.
In collaboration with Pinar Pilates, this session brings a full Pilates class to campus. Expect controlled movement, better body awareness, and a fun atmosphere where you can move, laugh a little, and enjoy doing something different alongside your classmates.
It’s low-impact and beginner-friendly. Mats are provided (but bring your own if you’re loyal to it)
Honestly, this is one of the very few times you’ll get the chance to do Pilates in business school.
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Creative breaks help your brain work better.
Stepping away from screens and using your hands can help reduce mental overload and make it easier to refocus on studying. It’s a simple way to reset between classes, deadlines, and long days at uni.
In this drop-in session, you’ll make a flower using pipe cleaners. It’s low-pressure, practical, and surprisingly effective at helping you slow down and clear your head.
Take your flower with you. Gift it to someone, use it to personalise your temporary home as you move between campuses, or just keep it as a small reminder to make space for creativity during busy weeks.
No experience needed. Materials provided. Just drop in!
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Whether you’re a regular runner or just getting started, join us for the Wellbeing Week 5K Run with the ESCP Running Club.
This inclusive run is all about moving at your own pace and enjoying the moment. We’ll have wellbeing bunnies (pacers) for different speeds, so you can choose the pace that feels right for you. No pressure, no stress.
Come run, jog, or take it easy, meet other students, and enjoy a feel-good movement break in one of Madrid’s best parks. Everyone is welcome!
