As questions of representation, equality and inclusion become increasingly central in sport, important progress is being made, yet major challenges remain. Leadership, visibility and persistent stereotypes continue to shape a field that is still evolving.

Women & Sport: Power, Representation & Impact, the first conference in the ‘Together for Sport & Impact’ series, brings together students, alumni, professionals and stakeholders from across the sports ecosystem to discuss these issues through institutional, economic and societal perspectives.

🎤 Event Program
The evening will be structured around two main sessions:
  • Roundtable 1Governance, access and the feminization of sport. A discussion on access to leadership roles, the development of women’s sport and the transformation of sports institutions.
  • Roundtable 2: Representation and stereotypes. A screening of an excerpt from the short film “Ça vaaaaa”, produced in collaboration with Paris Saint-Germain, followed by a discussion on the representation of women in sport, as well as the role of the media and companies in shaping these narratives.
The discussion will be moderated by Rhannon McMillan and will conclude with a Q&A session, followed by a networking cocktail.
