    Why It’s Important:

    Effective booking management is critical for ensuring that all logistical elements are in place and that participants have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

    Ideal Candidate:

    We are looking for an associate with strong organizational skills - experience in booking or reservation management is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills. Soft skills include patience, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Communication

    Role Overview:

    The Communication Division handles all aspects of marketing, public relations, and social media for the Regatta. This includes promoting the event, engaging with sponsors and participants, and managing the Regatta’s online presence.

    Why It’s Important:

    Effective communication is key to attracting participants, engaging with sponsors, and building the Regatta’s brand. This division ensures that the event reaches its target audience and maintains a strong reputation.

    Ideal Candidate:

    We seek a candidate with strong skills in digital marketing and content creation. Experience with social media management and brand communication is a plus. The ideal associate should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Events & Logistics

    Role Overview:

    The Events & Logistics Division is responsible for planning and executing all non-sailing activities, including gala dinners, sustainability activities, and networking events. It also handles all the behind-the-scenes operations, such as transportation, and ensuring all logistical arrangements are covered for participants and guests.

    Why It’s Important:

    These events and logistics ensure that the Regatta is more than just a competition, offering participants opportunities to network, relax, and celebrate. Effective logistics are crucial for the smooth running of the entire event, ensuring that all participants and equipment are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

    Ideal Candidate:

    We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented associate. Experience in event management and logistics is a plus. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. Soft skills include creativity, problem-solving, and excellent communication, along with the capacity to handle complex logistics under tight deadlines. + negotiation with the location owners, etc

    Finance underpins every aspect of the Regatta, from securing venues to managing sponsor contributions. Ensuring financial transparency and control is key to the event’s success.

    Ideal Candidate:

    We are looking for an associate who has strong analytical skills, attention to detail. Experience with budgeting and financial reporting is a plus. Deep understanding of tax compliance, especially regarding VAT, is essential. Soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure are also important.

    • In-depth understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
    • Enhanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Sailing

    Role Overview:

    The Sailing Division is at the heart of the Regatta, responsible for organizing the sailing competition itself. This includes coordinating with marinas, securing boats, and ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.

    The quality of the sailing experience is what defines the Regatta ESCP. From boat procurement to race management, this division ensures that participants have a seamless and competitive experience.

    Ideal Candidate:

    We seek a detail-oriented associate with a passion for sailing and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of the sailing industry and logistical coordination is essential. The candidate should also have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts with vendors and sponsors.
