AI Day: RADICAL FUTURES Panel Discussion: How AI will reshape business and society

Lumi Tuchel is a senior adviser working at the intersection of technology, risk and public sector. She currently leads AI and machine learning initiatives within a UK government programme, where she built a new AI capability, using advanced analytics to support early warning systems in complex or high-risk contexts. Her work also focuses on translating technical insights into programming and policy decisions. Prior to this, she advised major tech companies including Amazon, Google, Shopify and Mastercard on AI governance and international digital strategy, and has worked extensively with governments, international organisations and industry on emerging technology. She is interested in applied AI, technical interpretability and understanding uncertainty.

Daniel Hembling is the UK MD for data distribution and automation company GUUT. He has a background in sales, business development, and marketing at agencies and across several industries including education, online publishing, automotive, consulting, and SaaS, as well as founding a successful professional learning startup.

He is a mentor for ESCP's Blue Factory, as well as at AI incubator AI Forge, and for the social enterprise Digital Boost. Daniel is a thinker on AI’s impact on humanity from a technological and human standpoint, as well as the existence of true artificial consciousness. 

Enrico Nonino brings a rare combination of hands-on leadership and deep technical expertise with over two decades at the intersection of marketing strategy and emerging technology. He's guided global corporate transformations and architected go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge startups - working across the full spectrum from global iconic brands to high-growth founders.

As a strategic brand and marketing professional, tech entrepreneur, and lecturer for European business schools, Enrico has spent his career designing and delivering full-scale brand and go-to-market strategies across the UK, US, and Europe. His hands-on approach spans business strategy and operations, brand building, content strategy, and cross-channel communications - with particular depth in tech, AI, eCommerce, and media/entertainment sectors.

Today, he partners with C-level executives and founders to bring operational structure and technical expertise to their most complex marketing challenges: scaling AI implementation across tooling, workflow orchestration, and agentic development; driving digital transformation and corporate development initiatives; and architecting brand strategies that create defensible market positions.

Mandeep Bajwa is a seasoned People Leader and Organisation Design consultant with over 20 years of experience helping ambitious companies scale sustainably. Having led People and Culture functions in global and PE-backed businesses across tech, mobility, and property, Mandeep now advises CEOs and their leadership teams as an interim leader and through her consultancy work.

Her work focuses on building high-performance environments that balance ambition with care - designing structures, leadership models, and cultures that enable both growth and resilience. Drawing on lived experience from inside demanding, fast-growth environments, Mandeep brings an honest, practical perspective to what it really takes to lead and sustain through intensity.
